What to expect
In the spirit of transparency, here’s what to expect when you reach out to me about a service:
First, you’ll fill out a short form. Let me know what you’re looking for, the systems challenge you’re facing, if you have any questions, etc.
I recommend checking out this page prior to filling the form out. You’ll be able to get my overall vibe, approach, and pricing there.
Then, I’ll follow up with you. This can be through text, email, or a scheduled phone call.
(You’ll be able to select your preference on that initial form.)
I may have some additional questions for you, and can answer any questions you may have for me.
If it seems like we’re a good fit, I’ll send you a contract. It’ll highlight terms, boundaries + expectations, payment plans, and more.
There will be one automated reminder email sent out to let you know when your contract is about to expire. I trust that if you have any questions or hesitations, you’ll reach out. If you seemed really keen and haven’t signed the contract, I may reach out personally to check in.
