Strategy Only

This option is meant for the overwhelmed DIY solopreneur, or one who has a VA to help them implement the project once my research & strategy has been delivered.

It includes:

  • Intake questionnaire

  • 1-hour strategy session/project kickoff

  • Custom software analysis and recommendation

  • Custom automation and integration recommendations

  • Custom strategy document for you to reference as you build out your system

  • 10 days of support via Voxer or Signal and email

Two payments of $444

Done For You

This option is meant for the overwhelmed solopreneur who is ready to hand this entire project off to a systems expert (moi), from strategy to execution.

It includes:

  • Intake questionnaire

  • 1-hour strategy session/project kickoff

  • Custom software analysis and recommendation

  • Custom automation and integration recommendations

  • Custom strategy document for you to approve before I implement your systems for you

  • Full set up/implementation of your chosen software, including automations and integrations

  • Training library (video or written documentation) for you to reference/learn your new system

  • 30 days of support via Voxer or Signal and email

  • It could be a course (live cohort or self paced), online membership, digital download, paid newsletter, private podcast, or any product that can be delivered digitally.

    I have very little experience managing physical inventory, like books and apparel, so that’s out of scope for this offer.

  • The price listed above is for one digital product. If you have two courses, or a mixture of two different types of offerings you’d like me to work on, I’m happy to create a custom quote for you based on the project.

  • For strategy only, it’ll be about a 4-week delivery timeline after your scheduled strategy session.

    For implementation, it’ll be about an 8-week delivery timeline after your scheduled strategy session.

  • That’s okay! If you have a digital product already out in the world and you know it needs a systems facelift, you’ve come to the right place.

    I’ll likely assess whether or not the platform you’re currently on is right for you, making additional software recommendations if needed, or create a systems strategy that better utilizes your current tech stack.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I can, but I don’t know if that will be the best use of your time and money. If you want to talk through systems/tech recs for a free offer, I recommend booking a 1-hour strategy session instead.

  • 50% of the total project price is due upon signing your contract ($444 for Strategy Only, $1,444 for Done For You). The other 50% is due one month later. If you would like to request a different payment plan, feel free to inquire!

  • Technically yes! I don’t know about you, but being on calls that could have been texts, voice memos, or emails is unbelievably draining for me. I built this offer to be almost completely asynchronous, meaning most of our communication, approvals, and feedback will happen outside of a scheduled call.

    That doesn’t mean less overall communication, just more freedom for you to respond in the pockets of your day when it works for you and vice versa.

  • Totally. The Strategy Only option is for those who need help making strategic decisions about software, automations, integrations, and customer experience but don’t want my help implementing the strategy.

    Maybe you want to do it on your own, you have a Virtual Assistant to help you, or aren’t quite ready to make a larger investment right now.

    The Done For You option includes strategy and execution. I’ll will set up everything that’s in your strategy document for you, and then train you to use it so you know how to make adjustments in the future. All you have to do is tell me what you want and then enjoy your new system!
