GOOD SYSTEMS FOR…

Past Clients

Sometimes, the best way to explain what I do is by sharing projects I’ve worked on. If you’re a ‘practical’ learner like me, keep reading for tangible examples of what our work together could look like!

“I work with clients who deeply care about the outcomes of their customers. They want to provide value, not just make a sale.”

JENNI

The Client

Jenni (she/her) is a business strategist and coach for solopreneurs and leaders seeking stability, sustainability and ease.

She’s also a writer and a mom of two living in the woods of Central Oregon.

Before finally saying yes to her soul’s work helping women and non-binary people find & move with their true power, she spent a decade+ working as a journalist. You can still find her bylines in the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and Forbes.

I completed this project as part of my retainer services from Q4 2025-Q1 2026.

Project Needs

Jenni was entering a new phase of her business, closing down a long-time group coaching community so she could launch a new one called World Builders.

She’d been using Kajabi for most of her offerings and was growing frustrated with its lacking capabilities; she was looking for a community platform that would better fit her needs, including:

  • email segmentation and custom tagging

  • private channels for small cohorts

  • course/content hosting

  • customized onboarding automations

  • intuitive interface for members

Work + Results

After researching various Kajabi alternatives, we landed on Circle to host Jenni’s new community and digital offering, removing the need for Kajabi entirely.

Here’s what else happened:

  • I set up the World Builders community space in Circle, including channel creation, a resource library, and community guidelines pages

  • I created an onboarding sequence, which included a customized space overview to show people how to use the Circle platform

  • I transferred Kajabi segments into Circle’s email platform and re-built email templates

LEO

The Client

Leo (he/they) is an award-winning journalist covering anti-capitalist personal finance.

He’s the founder of Queer & Trans Wealth, an organization dedicated to the financial literacy and economic empowerment of queer & trans communities across the US.

I completed this project as part of my retainer services in Q1 2025.

Project Needs

Prior to working together, Leo was using a mixture of Google Docs, Sheets, physical paper, and memory to track clients.

They needed a cleaner, more streamlined way to track client progress—including how many sessions are left in their package.

There were a few other pain points, including:

  • No clear screening process for new inquiries (or a streamlined way to forecast when he’s reached capacity for one-on-one clients)

  • Having to manually set up invoicing and contracts, using a mixture of Google Forms for contracts and Stripe for invoices and payment plans

  • Not having clear ‘before’ and ‘after’ data related to client progress (and the data that was being collected was in a lot of different places)

Work + Results

I created a customized Airtable database for the Queer & Trans Wealth team to track new inquiries, package progression, and past client data.

We created a formal inquiry process, screening potential clients through a form prior to scheduling a 20-minute consultation with Leo, leading to better aligned clients and smoother onboarding.

I also set them up on Moxie, a Customer Relationship Management platform to streamline contracts, payment plans/invoicing, and session booking.

The end result was a more streamlined, consolidated, and easy-to-access process for the team and coaching clients.

LINDSAY

OFFER: MIGRATION SERVICES

The Client

Lindsay (they/them) is an intuitive Tarot teacher, podcast host, writer, and founder of Tarot for the Wild Soul.

Lindsay is the creator of Soul Tarot, which is a heart-led, non-predictive, trauma-sensitive approach to the cards for growth, healing and evolution.

In the ten years that Lindsay has been working with Tarot professionally, they’ve had the honor of teaching over tens of thousands of students, many of whom have gone on to become beautiful Tarot teachers and readers themselves.

I completed this project as part of my retainer services in Q3 2025.

Project Needs

Lindsay had been in the process of migrating their courses from Teachable to Kajabi for almost a year. New courses could be purchased on Kajabi, but older courses had yet to be moved out of Teachable.

Because of this, Lindsay was stuck with the bill for both Teachable and Kajabi.

Having thousands of students still on Teachable, they needed help migrating content over to Kajabi, transferring older course materials to a downloadable Dropbox folder, and handling communication to students who were still on the old platform.

Work + Results

I created a customized Airtable database for Leo to track new inquiries, package progression, and onboarding.

I also set them up on Moxie to streamline contracts, payment plans, and invoicing.
